Steps to operate the CNC stone engraving machine correctly
1. Before turning on the stone engraving machine, first make sure that all connections between the machine tool and the computer are normal, then turn on the power of the machine tool and the computer. After the system is started, enter the NCStudio numerical control system.
2. After turning on the control system, select the "Return to Mechanical Origin" menu. The machine tool will automatically return to the mechanical origin and calibrate the system coordinate system. In some cases, such as restarting the machine and continuing the last operation after the last normal shutdown, the user does not need to perform a mechanical reset operation. The NCStudio system will save the current coordinate information when it exits normally. In addition, if the user confirms that the current position is correct, this operation can also be omitted.
3. Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise, some functions related to automatic processing will be invalid. Select the "Open (F) | Open (O)..." menu and the Windows standard file operation dialog box will pop up, from which you can select the drive, path, and file name of the file to be opened. After clicking the "Open" button, the processing program is loaded into the system.
4. Determine the workpiece origin, manually move the X and Y directions of the stone engraving machine to the desired origin position on the workpiece, select the "Set current point as workpiece origin" menu, or clear the coordinate value of the current position in the coordinate window, so that when executing the processing program, the current position will be used as the starting point for processing.
