Medium disc grinding machines are used for the rough grinding of marble-shaped slabs, especially for the rough grinding of loose and brittle marble slabs.

Small disc Stone polishing machine is mainly used for grinding marble and granite slabs of 305×305, 305×600, and 400×400mm. A single machine can complete all operations from rough grinding to polishing by replacing the grinding disc. It can also be used to form a grinding and polishing group with 3-8 single machines arranged in the order of grinding and polishing processes to complete their own grinding and polishing processes.

Reversing rough grinding machine is mainly used for rough grinding and leveling of marble-shaped slabs, and can also be used for rough grinding of granite-shaped slabs.

Hand-held rocker arm grinder is a traditional processing equipment. Its main features are simple structure, convenient and flexible operation, and easy replacement of grinding discs. By replacing the grinding disc, all operations of rough grinding, fine grinding, fine grinding, and polishing can be completed successfully. The more common operation is from semi-fine grinding to polishing. The production efficiency is high, and it is carried out in a single-piece operation mode. It mainly processes large plates, and the maximum processing area can reach 2800×1400mm. The disadvantage is that the labor intensity is high, and some scraps will be discarded when the processed plates are cut into standard plates.
