A: Our granite blades are specifically engineered for extreme hardness and abrasiveness. The key difference lies in the segment formulation. We use a higher concentration of premium-grade diamonds embedded in a tougher, more wear-resistant bond matrix. This ensures the blade wears at an optimal rate to continuously expose sharp diamonds for aggressive cutting, whereas a blade for marble would use a softer bond and would wear out too quickly when cutting granite.

Q: What is the expected lifespan of one of your granite blades in a quarry environment?​

A: The lifespan varies significantly based on factors like the specific granite hardness, the horsepower of the saw machine, operator skill, and cooling water quality. Therefore, we cannot provide a universal figure in hours. However, our blades are engineered for maximum longevity. The most accurate measure is ​​cost-per-cubic-meter cut​​. Our clients consistently report a significantly lower operating cost compared to standard blades due to our blades' superior durability and sustained cutting speed.

Q: Why is a continuous water supply so critical when using your wet saw blades for granite?​

A: A continuous and high-volume water supply is non-negotiable for three critical reasons:
