    The double blade quarry stone cutting machine first lays the rails on the mine surface, and then the main machine part drives the diamond disc saw blade to rotate at high speed through the main motor, uses frequency conversion speed regulation, dual-track traction control automatic feeding, and returns the cutting operation on the track. The diameter of the disc determines the cutting depth of the saw blade. The current design uses a 3.6m disc saw blade with a cutting depth of 1.55m, accurate positioning, and easy operation, and only two technical workers are needed to operate the production.

 

 

2 Quarry stone cutting machine Operation Process

 

    The operation of the quarry stone cutting machine has manual and automatic operation functions.

Manual operation: The A and B hosts on the control panel have start and stop buttons. The stone cutter's movements include forward and backward movement, saw blade lifting movement, track change walking, and the overall lifting and lowering operation of the quarry stone cutting machine, all of which are inching operations.

 

    Automatic operation: When automatic, the conditions of the host starting and the water flow switch turning on must be met. After pressing the automatic button, manually select the direction of the stone cutter's movement (forward or backward), and then the stone cutter automatically cuts the stone. Taking the forward movement as an example, when the front limit switch is touched, the stone cutter walks slowly, stops after walking a certain distance (settable), and then walks backward. After leaving the front limit switch, the stone cutter's saw blade begins to descend (the distance of descent is set according to the hardness of the stone), and the forward and backward movement of the stone cutter is prohibited at this time. When the stone cutter's saw blade stops descending, the stone cutter starts to walk backward automatically, and so on. When the saw blade hits the lower limit switch for the first time, the saw blade of the stone cutter cannot rise. When it hits the front limit switch or the rear limit switch again, the saw blade of the stone cutter rises, the main machine stops working, and the lifting and forward and backward movements stop.

 

    However, when the quarry stone cutting machine automatically cuts stones, the saw blade is repeatedly descending. Due to various factors, the height of each descent of saw blade A and saw blade B is different, and the time to cut the last cut is different. At this time, the saw blade that has finished cutting should be raised, and the corresponding main machine should stop working, while the other saw blade continues to cut. When all cutting is completed, the stone cutter stops.

 

 

    When a fault occurs, there are signals in the fault input/output of the PLC, the fault indicator light is on, and the output points are set to zero. At this time, the automatic cannot work, but the manual can work (used to determine the cause of the stone cutter fault and repair it). In an emergency situation of the stone cutter, press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power supply of the double blade quarry stone cutting machine.
