Pneumatic Drill Air Pick for Stone Mining

The pneumatic pick is composed of a valve mechanism, an impact mechanism and a pick. The impact mechanism is a thick-walled cylinder with an impact hammer inside that can reciprocate along the inner wall of the cylinder. The tail end of the pick is inserted into the front end of the cylinder, and the valve box is installed at the rear end of the cylinder.

There are many longitudinal air holes around the cylinder wall, which compress the spring of the plunger valve and connect the air path. One end of these air holes is equipped with an air valve, which pushes the handle sleeve, and the other end is connected to the cylinder. The length of each air hole is determined by the impact hammer. The movement requires configuration so that air intake or exhaust takes turns. The plunger valve is in a normally closed state that cuts off the air path under the action of the coil spring, allowing the impact hammer to reciprocate regularly in the cylinder.
