Saw blade segment welding directly decides finished blade service life and cutting stability; manual brazing always suffers inconsistent solder joints, low yield and slow output. Our RSHJ automatic brazing rack targets circular saw blank production, realizing automatic positioning + fixed-temperature welding for diamond segments, greatly cutting defective rate and boosting daily output for blade manufacturers.

Two standard types to match small-medium and large-size saw disc production separately, customized specification available on client demand:

• RSHJ-1400: Compact body (1150×1200×1700mm), fit for middle-small factory producing floor tile cutter blades, medium bridge saw blades. Small footprint, easy to place in existing production line.
• RSHJ-2400: Extended frame design for super-large mining saw blank up to 2500mm, dedicated for quarry large diameter saw blade processing factories.

The machine's core value lies in ultra-precise dimensional control for finished welding:

• Vertical error ≤0.03mm & parallel tolerance ±0.03~±0.05mm, every diamond segment keeps consistent verticality after brazing. Avoid blade deflection, blade wobble during stone cutting, extend whole saw service life effectively.
• Fixed program welding speed at 3-5 seconds per tooth, stable heating temperature eliminates cold solder, virtual welding, segment falling off common in manual operation, finished product pass rate improves by over 30%.
• Matched stable air source(0.5~0.8Mpa) and circulating water cooling system(0.2Mpa water pressure, 2m³/h cooling flow), continuous long-hour working without overheating of welding head, ideal for round-the-clock batch production.

1. Digital touch control panel pre-saves multiple parameter recipes for different segment thickness and blade base material, one-click switch for various product specifications, new operators get started within half an hour.
2. Automatic clamping & indexing structure fixes saw blank steadily, machine auto rotates disc to next welding position after one segment finished, no repeated manual positioning and adjustment, one operator can supervise 2~3 sets of equipment simultaneously to slash labor expenditure.
