Based on practical experience, it is recommended that each double blade quarrying machine is equipped with 300 meters of rails.
Each double blade quarrying machine is equipped with two sets of saw blades (one set consists of a large saw blade and a small saw blade, such as 3600/2200mm), or two double blade quarrying machines are equipped with three sets of saw blades.
This combination can ensure the continuous operation of the double blade quarrying machine, and the saw blade can be directly replaced when the blade is welding segments.
The recommended track length and blade configuration can achieve continuous and efficient stone mining.
