Objective
Extend the life of the components of the drilling machine and the wear cycle of the parts, prevent various failures, and improve the mean trouble-free working time and service life of the drilling machine.
Maintenance intervals
Routine maintenance is carried out by the drill machine operator during or after each job. Regular maintenance is carried out by professional maintenance personnel on a regular basis, once a year or once every six months.
Maintenance
1. The drilling machine should have operating procedures: regular maintenance and maintenance, and attention should be paid to recording and protecting the site in case of failure;
2. Power requirements;
3. The drilling machine should be sealed and stored in oil seal when not in use, and covered with sealing film;
4. Train and equip corresponding operators, maintenance personnel and programmers.
Drilling machine cleaning
1. Wipe the drill floor, bed, guide rail, screw rod and operating handle. Keep the bed and surrounding area clean and free of oil stains;
2. Remove the burr on the guide rail surface and the impurities of the screw drilling slag;
3. Disassemble and clean the linoleum;
4. Remove the rust of each part of the drilling machine and protect the painted surface.
CNC maintenance
1. Strictly abide by the operating procedures and daily maintenance system;
2. Prevent dust from entering the numerical control device: floating dust and metal powder can easily cause the insulation resistance between components to decrease, resulting in failure or even damage to components;
3. Clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the CNC cabinet regularly;
4. Frequently monitor the grid voltage of the CNC system: the grid voltage range is 85%~110% of the rated value;
5. Replace the memory battery regularly;
6. Maintenance of the CNC system when it is not used for a long time: often energize the CNC system or make the drilling machine run the temperature machine program;
7. Maintenance of spare circuit boards.
