The working principle of an electric screw air compressor mobile is based on the positive displacement mechanism. It uses two intermeshing helical rotors (male and female) to compress air. The male rotor is driven by an electric motor, which in turn rotates the female rotor.The process involves three main stages:

Suction
Air is drawn into the compressor through the intake port as the rotors rotate and create a vacuum.

Compression
As the rotors continue to mesh, the volume between them decreases, compressing the trapped air. Lubricating oil is often injected to cool and seal the compression chamber.

Exhaust
The compressed air is then expelled through the discharge port and stored in a tank.
