Four-grade different granularity abrasives are pre-stored on the built-in rotary turret; the equipment automatically rotates to switch grinding tools according to programmed process, realizing full-course rough-to-bright polishing without machine shutdown. Production continuity is greatly improved especially for mixed-spec batch orders.
2. Servo-controlled uniform grinding pressure avoids the uneven gloss problem brought by manual pad installation inconsistency, effectively reduce rework rate caused by partial over-grinding or under-polishing.

Independent side-hung touch control box gets rid of fixed body layout restriction:

1. The control console can be moved to the feeding side conveniently, operators observe stone surface while modifying polishing parameters, shorten debugging time when switching new product styles. Multiple sets of polishing recipes for different stone textures can be stored in the system for quick recall.
2. 6m³/h stable circulating water supply design realizes directional water injection at polishing contact point, reduce abrasive high-temperature ablation, prolong the service cycle of resin grinding disc and cut monthly consumable expenditure.
