3. There is also a processing technology called a serial multi-blade combination saw. Each saw blade is installed on each spindle. The stone passes through each saw blade so that the cutting depth gradually increases to reach the predetermined specifications. It is often used to process thin granite plates. For example, if you want to process a 400mm wide granite thin plate, the saw blade diameter ranges from ￠250mm to ￠900mm. The advantages of this processing technology are: each saw blade cuts the same slot in succession, the saw blade thickness is small, only 3.5mm, and it is a thin saw blade, which can be better positioned to ensure the processing accuracy of the thin plate, and can save precious raw materials, improve the yield rate, reduce power consumption and reduce tool costs.

The common large slab processing specifications of granite natural stone in China are 305mm×305mm, 600mm×400mm, 600mm×600mm, 600mm×900mm, 800mm×800mm, 1050mm×1050mm, 1200mm×1200mm, 1200mm×2400mm, and other specifications.
