1. Pre-Start Check

• Inspect the diamond wire saw for wear, breakage, and proper tension.
• Verify hydraulic oil and lubricant levels, and check for leaks in all pipelines.
• Inspect the crawler track system for proper tension and no jamming.
• Connect power (380V), confirm correct voltage, and ensure proper grounding.

2. Startup & Setup

• Turn on the main power and control cabinet; the touchscreen will light up to the main interface.
• Set the wire speed (0–40m/s) on the touchscreen based on stone hardness-start with a lower speed for testing.
• Use the remote or touchscreen to move the machine to the cutting position and align with the cut line.

3. Cutting Operation

• Lower the wire saw slowly to contact the stone, then gradually increase to the set speed.
• Monitor during cutting:

1. Ensure the wire saw runs smoothly with no abnormal vibration
2. Confirm cooling water is flowing properly for dust suppression and cooling
3. Check that temperature and current stay within normal ranges

•  Adjust position via crawler or lateral movement as needed.

4. Shutdown & Cleanup

• Reduce wire speed to 0, then lift the saw away from the stone.
• Stop the crawler and water supply, then shut down the main motor.
• Clean stone dust and debris from the machine, inspect wire saw and crawler wear, and record conditions.
• Turn off main power and lock the control cabinet.

1. Daily: Clean stone dust, check wire saw tension, and confirm crawler track tightness.
2. Weekly: Lubricate moving parts (bearings, crawler components) and check hydraulic oil level.
3. Monthly: Inspect electrical wiring and sensors for looseness, and clean dust from the control cabinet.
4. Long-term storage: Relax the wire saw, disconnect power, cover with a dustproof hood, and store in a dry, ventilated area.

2. ❌ Do not operate the machine while under the influence of alcohol or fatigue.
3. ✅ Always wear a safety helmet, goggles, and non-slip shoes during operation.
4. ✅ Press the emergency stop button immediately if you hear unusual noise, see smoke, or detect leaks-cut power before troubleshooting.
5. ✅ Remote monitoring is a tool, not a replacement for on-site inspections-regular site checks are still required.

• Check for worn wire saw and replace if needed.
• Adjust wire speed to match stone hardness and ensure sufficient motor power.
• Verify cooling water flow to prevent overheating.

2.Crawler track slipping or not moving? 

• Clean stones and mud from track gaps.
• Adjust track tension if it is too loose.
• Avoid prolonged operation on overly muddy or soft ground.

3.IoT remote monitoring not connecting? 

• Check network/4G module connection.
• Confirm account credentials are correct, and contact factory support for further help.
