1.Gear Drive & Four-Wheel Drive System

The gear-driven four-wheel drive design minimizes power loss and provides strong traction for movement. It runs stably without slipping on rough, muddy quarry ground. It can travel smoothly on slopes and irregular working surfaces to maintain continuous cutting.

2.Dual Saw Blades for Higher Output

Two saw blades work synchronously to cut slots for stone blocks in one pass. Compared with single-blade mining machines, it reduces repeated machine relocation and significantly raises quarry production. Cutting width and cutting depth can be customized according to site requirements for different quarry plans.

3.Large Saw Blade Options for Wide Application

Five models are available from RSZL3600 to RS-ZL5200, with saw blade diameters ranging from Φ3600mm to Φ5200mm. The maximum cutting depth reaches 2350 mm. It can extract large, regular stone blocks and improve the yield rate of finished stone products.

Heavy-Duty Structure for Harsh Quarry Environment The reinforced steel frame resists vibration and impact. An independent operator cabin protects staff. Equipped with sufficient power, the machine works steadily under long-time heavy cutting conditions and reduces downtime.

Controllable Water Consumption for Eco-Friendly Mining The water cooling system consumes 5~10 m³/h water for saw blade cooling and dust suppression. It extends saw blade service life and helps mines meet environmental regulations.
