Ruisheng's  stone quarry machine is a rail-mounted, dual-disc saw for granite, marble and limestone. Two synchronized 55–65 kW motors drive 3.3–4.8 m diamond blades, cutting 3.2 m wide and 2.15 m deep in one pass. Straight, parallel benches are produced without blasting, yielding 4 500–5 000 m³ per month while reducing waste and vibration. A closed 5 m³/h water circuit cools blades and suppresses dust. Modular 300 m tracks allow continuous forward cutting; semi- or fully automatic controls, CE-rated guards and emergency stops ensure operator safety. The 8–13 t rig ships in a 40' container, installs in one day and is supported worldwide with training, parts and a 12-month warranty.
