When it comes to quarrying, depth matters. The RSBL series offers incredible cutting capabilities, with maximum depths ranging from 1550mm to an impressive 2150mm. Coupled with adjustable cutting widths (up to 2450mm), this machine efficiently extracts massive stone blocks in a single pass, drastically improving your mining output.

Powerful Belt Drive Performance

The belt drive system ensures smooth power transmission and reliable torque for continuous heavy-load operations. Equipped with a 55kW main motor (117kW total power) on the 3600/3800 models and a massive 65kW main motor (137kW total power) on the 4600/4800 models, the machine powers through hard rock with ease.

RSBL4600 & RSBL4800:​ The giants of the series. With blade diameters up to Φ4800mm and a heavy-duty 12000kg frame, they deliver maximum stability and the deepest cuts (up to 2150mm).

Built for Extreme Stability

Mining machines require an immovable base. The RSBL series features a robust, reinforced structure with overall dimensions reaching up to 5280×2350×3450mm. An integrated crane arm facilitates easy blade handling and maintenance. The machine operates with a water cooling system (5 to 8 m³/h consumption) to keep the blades cool under extreme friction.
