Overview

The RSZL series double blade mining machine developed by Ruisheng Machinery is a heavy-duty block cutting equipment specially designed for open-pit stone quarries. Adopting gear direct drive and 4-wheel rail travelling structure, it eliminates the common defects of traditional belt drive such as slipping and power loss.

With dual saw blades working synchronously, it replaces blasting quarrying. It greatly improves block yield and reduces safety hazards. It is widely suitable for granite, marble, sandstone, limestone and other natural stone quarries, meeting the requirements of eco-friendly green quarry.

The machine is equipped with an enclosed operation cabin to protect operators from dust and flying stone chips. The built-in lifting chain facilitates saw blade replacement and routine maintenance. Water spray cooling cutting suppresses dust for a better working environment.
