Five Standard Configurations for Different Production Requirements

The product line is divided into two width series: narrow version for conventional tiles and wide version for oversized slabs, with three grinding head options available to match different gloss standards and hourly output demands.

  • Narrow Series (RS-G): Suitable for conventional wall and floor tiles, small specification countertops, standard-sized granite slabs. The 7.5kW single head provides stable grinding pressure for conventional gloss requirements; more grinding heads deliver finer surface brightness.
  • Wide Series (RS-M): Developed for large-size engineering slabs, oversized vanity tops and large decorative stone panels. Equipped with 15kW high-torque grinding motors, it delivers stronger downward pressure to avoid uneven polishing on wide slabs, supporting faster conveyor running speed to lift factory throughput.
  • Customization service is available: the quantity of polishing heads can be adjusted according to clients' local processing standards and finished gloss requirements.

  1. Graded Sequential Polishing Ensures Uniform High Gloss

    Multiple grinding heads are arranged in gradient grit sequence from coarse to fine. As the stone slab travels through the conveyor belt, each grinding head operates continuously to eliminate tool marks, scratches and surface unevenness.
